Why do we hire people without experience? Recently, we understood a formula that can be defined as: "if you want to get a good specialist, you should grow one by yourself." This is a time-proven method that has long been embedded into the very base of our corporate culture. The holding's team buys and sells surplus goods in Europe and the USA worth tens of thousands of euros on a daily basis: from spare parts for printers to auto parts and power tools. Considering the business' specificity, processes, and work with loyal customers from 50 countries, there is no opportunity to hire qualified managers. A similar situation has formed in the team that develops our IT system that is central to the work of the entire holding.
