Last year, we have convinced once more that a successful business can only be built if the company is capable of maneuvering and adapting to the quickly changing conditions. Any crisis is a temporary occurrence that you can survive and come out of it stronger if you have a good team and plan. 2020 was harsh but ultimately successful for the holding. We've had everything we needed and Grafit Holding successfully passed this stress test.

At the beginning of the pandemic, we were trying to stay one step ahead of ourselves and have formed an anti-crisis plan that considered all the possible development of events. We managed to adapt quickly, implemented, implement remote work, and we got back to the regular office schedule in a month.
Why 2020 was successful for us?

◾️ The lockdown and temporarily closed borders in Europe were an unpleasant obstacle for our B2B business, but even so, we managed to make 32,000 transactions.

◾️ The total number of deals increased by 30%. This was facilitated by the clear work of the entire holding and the strong growth of startup projects.

◾️ About 1,000,000 units have gone through our warehouses in Germany and the USA: from children's toys to spare parts for world-renowned auto brands.

◾️ Despite the difficult year, our team has grown by 11%.

◾️ Thanks to the clear action plan and the team's professionalism, we came out of the spring crisis with earnings. Each person that was involved in this has received a 'coronabonus' that totaled 60,000 euros.

We have grand plans for 2021. Our main goals are to continue to grow, develop the internal language school, launch the Grafit Distance Learning platform, help the young families of our employees, and create the most comfortable working conditions in the country.
