One of Grafit Holding's mission is to reduce the rate of outflow of young families from Moldova and to create better living and working conditions. 90% of our team are employees with ages between 25 and 35 years, most of whom are young parents. In order to prevent them from migration, we are taking a number of measures:
— We offer competitive wages with a well-thought-through bonus system;
— We negotiated housing credits at 3% for our employees;
—We accompany parents on maternity leave with gifts for the babies and look forward for them to come back;
— We guarantee a working position at Grafit holding to all new mothers that will come back from maternity leave and want to continue their career with us.
— We provide a flexible schedule to those parents, whose children aren't able to attend kindergartens or schools and they can't leave them with anyone during the pandemic.

It is important to us that our employees feel comfortable and stable during their work, and that they have a good chance to evolve in Moldova. Besides the employee support measures described above, we have a longstanding tradition that we decided to keep even during the pandemic. We celebrated Christmas and the New Year with 150 children of our workers. We made sure that all the sanitary measures were complied with – this was the most important thing for us. All the children were divided into small groups (up to 50 persons). We made sure that the rooms were disinfected and ventilated after each group. We have also performed thermometry and provided everyone with all the necessary means of protection.

We want to be a reliable support for our employees, not just a place of work. And we hope that other companies are going to be inspired by our example and will introduce similar measures in order to upscale this success in the whole country #acasaemaibine
