Previously we have described how we are saving the planet from overproduction by the example of our Eminia and SovaMax projects. Our managers are finding overstocked goods in Europe, buying, and selling them to those, who need them. As a result, products aren't poisoning the environment while waiting for disposal in the warehouse, and there's no need to create new products because we have everything. As the projects were getting larger, the amount of goods and data had been growing as well, while the time for their processing was getting less. In order to solve this problem, we tried to optimize the work with the help of separate IT departments in each project, but eventually figured out that it's best to have one single team that is going to maintain the entire holding. So in 2016, a unique project known as Mteam was launched, which today unites 6 departments: IT department, e-commerce, logistics, pricing, accounting, and the product and client management department (PIM & CIM).

What Does Each Department Do?

IT department is the core of the project that deals with the development and technical support of the internal purchasing and selling system, helps with the adjustment of employee interfaces, and generally makes sure that everything works almost perfectly.

Logistics arranges quick and qualitative product transportation from point A to point B.

Accounting is a relatively small, but quite effective team that helps to verify and systematize transaction payments.

PIM and CIM departments are processing big amounts of data about products and companies on a daily basis. It depends on them how quickly and effectively the system identifies the product in order to offer the customer whatever they need.

Pricing department analyzes the market and places optimal prices for the products that have entered our system.

E-commerce department takes care of sales on Amazon and eBay.

Grafit Holding sees over 2,000,000 items going through its system every year. Mteam helps other projects and warehouses to accept, filter, classify and send the products to the client in a quick, precise, and timely manner. Mteam is what makes everything work like a clock. Each department carries out its own responsibilities. Taking a look at the annual numbers, the importance of the departments in much clearer:

- 200,000 new companies registered in the database;

- 62,000 new products added to the system;

- 73,000 processed accounting transactions;

- 163,000 of reviewed prices.

In other words, the team does a lot of work and is the link between all of our projects. This important role is carried out by the solid staff of Mteam. In order to improve knowledge level, the team sends employees to profile events and conferences in Moldova, Russia, Germany, and the United Kingdom on a regular basis.
